Management coaching

Middle managers are often put into new positions of responsibility without any training for managing people, meetings goals, and finishing projects on time and at cost. JRR Coaching works with companies and non-profit organizations to help new and existing middle managers learn about their responsibilities and develop the skills necessary to succeed.

Our training usually spans six to eight weeks with an hourly session weekly on important topics. Half-day sessions are also possible. All training sessions are highly interactive.

Employee services and exit interviews

Special situations frequently happen when managers are faced with problem employees and departing workers. We provide specialized coaching for these situations including conducting exit interviews. Our coaching focuses on helping managers recognize their skills and knowledge in dealing with difficult situations and gain confidence in designing effective paths forward.
