Ms Rumble is a well-known educator and editor who has specialized in developing writing skills in adults. She has been Professor of English at Montgomery College in Maryland. Recently, Ms. Rumble has been Senior Editorial Assistant for the CODATA Data Science Journal. In this position she was responsible for most editorial activities, including final editorial approval, as well as correspondence with authors.

Ms. Rumble also provides editing services to independent authors for resume, job applications, books, papers, and other writings. She received a B.A. in Anthropology from Cornell University and an M.A. in Education from New York University.
